With a BSc in civil engineering and certification as a Meta Certified Digital Marketing Associate, Dejene brings a unique blend of technical expertise and modern marketing strategies to the real estate industry. His experience spans civil engineering, real estate and house construction, property sales, and digital marketing.

Dejene founded In-Addis to bridge the gap between engineering with home sales & marketing, combining traditional methods with digital innovation. Over the years, he has sold and rented numerous luxury properties and built a strong customer base. His success lies in integrating engineering knowledge with modern sales & marketing while focusing on client- centered services.

As a leader, Dejene empowers his team and personally oversees key client interactions. His long-term vision is to expand In-Addis to new areas, always maintaining a focus on integrity, client satisfaction, and creating positive change within the community.
